great location but room maintenance needs attention

I appreciated being on a high floor corner room, which provided a nice view. The housekeeping staff were very accommodating and attentive throughout my stay.

I loved my stay, as it was just a quick stroll to the Museum of Modern Art, and I spent my afternoons relaxing in Bryant Park, enjoying the city vibe and people-watching.

We loved visiting Central Park for some amazing picnics and catching a show at Radio City Music Hall. The setup for our group was perfect, especially with spaces to chill together. The location can't be beaten, close to everything.

However, we faced a hiccup when we returned after a long day out, only to find our room still uncleaned. It was pretty frustrating, to say the least.

The location was fantastic! We loved the great view from our room, and the quick access to Times Square was a huge win. Plus, having a fridge in the room made our stay more comfortable, especially for snacks and drinks. Our check-in was a breeze, and we felt right at home immediately.

Good stay but room for improvement

The Urban 1 Queen Bed room was spacious with a kitchenette and a flat-screen TV. Loved the free toiletries, and the fitness center was a plus. The coffee shop downstairs had nice muffins. A few nearby restaurants offered great takeout options. The location was super convenient for exploring. A few maintenance issues could be resolved though.

The udon at the nearby Nusr-Et Steakhouse is next-level, and the burger joint serves up a delicious bite that'll have you drooling! Plus, the super clean space and friendly vibes from the staff make exploring NYC a breeze.
